How Feminism will destroy Western Society (see the black community)

First off, let me start with the usual disclaimer of "not all". But...

In general, most single female lead households tend to lead to dysfunction. The statistics back this up, especially in the black community where 70% of children today are born out of wedlock to single females. The fact is that nearly every negative social ill (drug use, teen pregnancy, incarceration, drop out rates etc) is directly proportional to the rate of out of wedlock/single female lead household rates.

In addition, even if you have a man that is in a household with a female head, the chances are that most of the time (again, not all, but most), the female and the larger society will still hold the man responsible and accountable when things go south in that household. Even though the female may have been the sole or chief decision maker, when times get tough or when things get bumpy, that woman and people in general will look at the man and hold him accountable. So, since the man will be held accountable and made to be the one to fix/clean up the mess anyways, he needs to be the one being the chief decision maker and having the control. What you have right now is women wanting the power of a man, the benefits of a woman (meaning that she will still want to be vatered to and allowed to fall back on her ovaries when the heavy lifting needs to be done) and the responsibility of neither. Meaning that, not only do they not want to be held accountable for decisions that they made in the household that men normally are held accountable for making, but they also don't want the traditional responsibilities associated with women, such as cooking/cleaning/raising children. Again, not all, but most.

This is an example of what I'm talking about in this video. Now I bet you that before the economic downturn when things were good, this woman (and women like her) were more than willing to grab on to the feminist mantra of being strong and independent and wanting to be known as a contributor (if not chief decions maker) in the household. But now, they want to hide behind their ovaries and all of a sudden, they want to hold the man accountable.

I disagree with much of your commentary. I do want slap that woman in the face. I feel bad for the guy married to that.

Even Charles Murray is hitting the panic button...

There is a lot of truth to what he says. Now days, socioeconomic class is the real difference and race is secondary. What is interesting to me is that I see a lot of political leaders at the local level hang onto race as their primary source of power when in reality there is very little difference among the races at the different socioeconomic levels. Most people across the country claim a certain race as their primary, but most are in fact a mixture of races. Yet there is no political or economic advantage for the individual to declare themselves to be bi-racial or multi-racial. Examples:

To get free or reduced lunch it helps if you can claim minority status on your application.
To get elected in one of thousands of small cities with high concentrations of minorities, it helps to claim association with a minority group.
You want part of an inner city's school budget (ours is $100million per year before Title 1 funds hit), it helps if you are a minority owned business.

So the politicians and the way we've set up some of the programs designed to help minorities are now continuing to segregate the country on the surface. However, below the surface, people are people. Poor people of all races live in the same neighborhood, shop at the same stores, etc. There are really very few differences in things that really matter, like their values and how they raise their kids. Hang around a bunch of parents watching an inner city middle school football or baseball game and it suddenly becomes clear that below the surface we are all in the same boat. Unfortunately, our "leaders" continue to keep us separated so they can keep their jobs.

See chart below to see how feminists fit into the larger problem.

I would think those would be affected more by non-existent fathers than "namby pamby" ones

but why would that require men to be "leaders in their own home" to fix? I personally view my marriage and raising my son to be a partnership

all this reeks of being scared of strong women

Me and my wife have had a similar relationship, except I equate it to a team and I'm the coach.... :)

The standards and roles for Fathers and Mothers have been clearly defined in Gods word. It states clearly that the man of the home will answer at the Judgment seat not only for his actions but the actions of his family in his home. With this increased scrutiny and ultimate accountability does come the privelege of final authority on matters pertaining to the family. God does not estblish husbands to be dictators but rather self sacrificial "servant leaders" in the home. While you and I have the free will to choose what and how we run (or don't run) our homes...we will be held accountable for what goes on under our roofs. History makes it clear that the further we have strayed from His plan for our homes the quicker the downfall of the morals and behaviors of our society as a whole. You can't turn back the clock, but you can make lasting changes in the place that matters most. Home.

I don't think God gives a second thought to who is "the head of the household".

There is no divine right here...whatsoever.

I respect your right to have your own opinion. Your opinion is based on your understanding . My opinion is based on the Holy Bible. To each his own.

More evidence of feminism eroding society...

Arkansas mom sues over son's roster cut

The mother of a high school student in Arkansas is making a court challenge to the time-honored tradition of coaches making roster cuts.

Teresa Bloodman's lawsuit came after her freshman son was dropped from the Maumelle High basketball team. She is suing the school, the school district and the state, contending her son was treated unfairly.
