That Notre Dame vs USC game in week 7 is starting to look real interesting. This occurs two weeks before they play us.

Southern Cal is to Michigan what Carmen Electra is to Roseanne Barr.

With Chad Henne starting to look his age and Michael Hart out, he's probably dead-on there. Ohio State wins the Big Ten this year.

You guys really dont' get it do you? ND beat you at your place last year with essentially the same team. What makes you think that you can go into South Bend and get a win? Your excuse for the loss last year was that Ainge and Schaeffer were hurt and Clausen had to play. Last time I checked neither of them was your starting QB (Ainge due to sucking and Schaeffer due to quiting) a Clausen was the starter.

USC will be a very difficult game for ND, but Tenn. is already in the victory column in my book. Purdue is ND's next toughest game after USC. I think you will get a good dose of reality this weekend against Florida (although I will actually be pulling for TN over the worthless Gators)

See you in November!
WE ARE ND!!!!!!!!

Ok man you just made me lose all respect for your team. here I am one of the only people on the board defending your team and then you call it an excuse that our two best qb's were hurt. Don't ever talk like that on this board. If yall didnt have brady quinn you wouldnt win a damn game so you go to hell and get off this board. You wait for november so we can bring your butt down to earth.

Maybe you guys would like to try your luck against Oregon State in another bowl game this season?

Your guys win over Pitt now officially means jack after they lost to Ohio, and after watching Michigan play and lose Michael Hart, they and Iowa have just handed Ohio State the Big Ten title.

I'll look forward to USC stomping another mudhole in the Fighting Irish come October 15, and we'll be there to make the season even worse two weeks after that.

WE ARE BETTER THAN ND!!!!!!!

:hi: Well, all the hype about the "wonderful" Fighting Irish may be nothing more than hype.  All the talking-head sportscasters have been claiming Notre Dame has returned to respectability by beating Pittsburg.

Did anyone notice that Pittsburg lost to "OHIO UNIVERSITY" last night??? :banghead:
Yes, that's right, "OHIO UNIVERSITY", not OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY!
So, Notre Dame beating Pittsburg may not be as significant an indicator as some would have liked to believe!!!!

:crap:
GO VOLS, STOMP THE MASTERGAITERS IN THE MUDHOLE!

:cheer:  :cheer:  :cheer:  :td:

Well, I guess I have to eat some crow. As my grandaddy always said, "it's better to eat crow while it is hot".

From what I saw, Notre Dame is for real.

GO VOLS BEAT THE MASTERGATERS IN THE MUDHOLE

Have a little class, there junior. We know it's been quite a while since you were ranked, and we know how exciting it must be for you, but act like you've been there before.

Two wins and they're world-beaters... I'm almost embarrased for them.

ND only had a little lull in their success (by lull I mean the Bob Davie and Ty Willingham eras). They still have their 11 National Titles, 7 Heisman winners, and victory over Tenn. last year. I guess all I really have to say is scoreboard and I win the argument. Oh well, I guess it will be decided in November. Good luck vs. the Gators (and I mean it, I hate the Gators).

slow doen there a little bit big guy - the Ty era started with a 10 win season so lets see what happens in the long run - not the first 2 games. So what - you beat pitt and an overrated MEEEchigan team - big deal - you guys are just as bad as the gators - win 2 games and you are unstoppable - I got news for you - that is Brady Quinn under center at ND - not Tom Brady - your reality will sink in soon enough!!

EDIT: I guess you and lawgator have the same philosophy - you can't revert to the previous coaching staff - do you remember the lat time UT went to South Bend - can you say ...scoreboard????
