How is UK's schedule harder than UTs?

I'm on mobile so I'm sharing the link instead of copy/paste...
This article says UK is toughest in the nation and UT is at #8.
They have Louisville (rival-home) and Miss St (away) while
UT has Oregon (away) and Auburn (home).
Even if you argue UK's remaining 3 OOC teams are better than Vols, I'd take UK's uncommon opponents.
UT has UGAly, SCjr and Vandy at home while travelling to Buma, Florida and Mizzu while
UK has UF, Buma and Mizzu at home while travelling to UGAly, SCjr and Vandy. The complete opposite.
I'd much rather travel to UGA and SC than UF and Buma. No brainer.
Then to top it off, UT travels to UK.
So the question, tho many of you may think I'm thinking about dumb stuff, how is it harder?
Next I'm going to look at LSU's schedule...

Vanderbilt Commodores 40, Kentucky Wildcats Bupkis: Postmortem - A Sea Of Blue

I believe the following article explains everything.

When you loose 40 to 0 at home to Vanderbilt of all teams, you've not only hit rock bottom, you've brought in dynamite to go deeper still.

At least none of UT's games where shutouts.

Unless the new coach can turn things around soon, Kentucky has become the new SEC doormat, as far as football is concerned.
