How long will the Board Shut Down for Gruden?

it is rumored that there is a clause in Gruden's contract saying that he can't go to the NFL until 2016-2017.

Ainge said this morning that Gruden is NOT coming to UT...He heard he is just not ready to go back into coaching right now but that he has been contacted several times by UT...Ainge knows a lot of people so I am going with his word on this...Breaks my heart but We'll get us a good coach regardless.

Seen this on another thread...Ainge doesnt know this.

No one knows who we are going to hire but I will say that there is as much smoke to the Gruden story as there is any other.
