6 of us coming from Pittsburgh to root for Vols. Pitt bye week and we planned this months ago. We had such a good time last year that we plan on coming back every year during Pitt bye week. Can’t wait to get there tomorrow and good luck.
Happy to have you down. I think most of us having been rooting for you all the rest of the way. Pitt fans have been great.

Wow. That is quite a statement. Are the Vols now your second favorite team? If so, I’d recommend that your crew wear orange shirts with Pitt caps this Saturday. 😜🤪🤪
Have kind of always followed Tennessee and Wisconsin as teams I rooted for outside of being a die hard Pitt fan. Both fan bases were great to hang out with. We have traveled to various places over the years during Pitt bye weeks and just enjoy college football and the atmosphere. We will be wearing exactly what u mentioned, Vols orange and a Pitt hat.

Sweet.
Enjoy your weekend in my hometown at my alma mater and yell loud for the Vols.
Make a sign that says “These Pitt fans love the Vols”.
I bet you get invited to a lot of tailgates. I’d suggest going to the river and joining a Vol Navy party there.

How many Bammers in the stands at Neyland this weekend? I remember attending the 2008 and 2010 games and half the stadium had to have been Crimson. I am hoping our people will resist greed and sell only to Vols since we have a quality product on the field.

Bama-ites are irrelevant, the stadium will be overwhelming orange.

I’ve always been indifferent to Pitt. Appreciated the connection with Majors, but that was about it. After interacting with your fan base these last two years, I’m pulling for Pitt to win every game that isn’t against the Vols from here on out.

Hope we play more often in the future.

Have a safe and memorable trip!

Disappointed…thought this was a “how many bammers does it take” joke.
This is an old one that isn’t as relevant since Sabans reign of terror but here goes ……

How many Gumps does it take to screw in a lightbulb ? 300,001.

It only takes one to screw in the bulb but the other 300,000 all stand around talking about how much better the old lightbulb was .

Bonus-

What do Bama fans and maggots have in common ? They can both live off a dead bear for 40 years

Extra bonus -
What is the difference in a porcupine and Bryant Denny stadium ? On a porcupine the pricks are on the outside .

There allotment plus some. There are a lot of Bammer band wagon fans in our state unfortunately. There will definitely be more bammers than there were UF fans.

Don't worry if it literally feels like the earth is shaking at Neyland. The USGS will probably report minor seismic activity emanating from Knoxville. Even Rece Davis predicts that the game-time atmosphere will be like the Florida game on steroids. For future reference, a line from the movie Dante's Peak is applicable to what is building in Big Orange Country: "Get real, Beavis. She's just clearing her throat. She hasn't even started to sing yet.”

Less than we think. They are conspicuously quiet now and bet most don’t want to be here in case we win.

I know bammers. I know some bammers well. They are showing up. They will be in the stands. I'm ignoring them atm. There will be bammers.

Everyone knows what's going on guys/gals. It's no secret. We can get to the QB. They can run the middle of the field, basically, wide open. Who scores last wins.
