Me either. I've never been to a country where a birth certificate didn't suffice.

I'm just saying, as a Volnation Mod it is unlikely that LIO will be called upon to protect national security and so her understanding of foreign affairs and international relations is not quite as important as Palin's.

I don't understand why this is not a legitimate question of her ability to step in and run the country if need be.
