The VA medical system has been a joke since it's inception and is a perfect indicator of what we can expect should Hillary or Obama get their wish of universal health care.

I'm a veteran of the first Persian Gulf War. I've been fortunate to get most of my medical care outside of the VA system. The hospital in Memphis and the one in Johnson City aren't bad. But generally speaking, the VA system is in bad shape.

The VA is the only form of socialized health care in this country. It isn't what it's cracked up to be. The arguments have been focused on other countries forms of socialized health care. The problem with that is other countries have a LOT more experience in running the system. Can you imagine our government trying to revise our current health care system?

I personally think that some marines should wade into those people and bust some heads...but i know thats not acceptable.

Sad that this kind of thing happens. I grew up in a military town and if you tried this kinda thing there you got the crap kicked out of you in a dang hurry.

I say pull the military out of california all together...i know its not practical but its the principle of the thing...then watch what happens when the mexicans invade....
