Okay guys, long time lurker turnd poster here so let me ask you all: I haven't been to a game literally since the days of Tee back when my dad brought me to games, and this year I'm coming back to the season opener and some others and bringing my girlfriend/her brother/his girl. So where are some spots we have to eat and drink at for dinner or lunch while visiting Knoxville again? We'll be in for the long weekend on the first weekend.

As long as no one stands up and cheers in front of me and I can get out of the game early in the 4th quarter to beat traffic I am happy.:)

If Win: Drink all night and talk about how we are gonna whip the next week's opponent and all the awesome plays.

If Lose: Drink all night, and talk about how stupid some call was, or how the refs are blind and talk about how we are gonna whip the next week's opponent.

VN summarized in a nutshell.

If watch at home, I want to be totally alone. I do not want a bunch of friends yelling, screaming and giving their opinions of what just happened or is about to happen. Inevitable, some will be talking about fishing, camping, etc. I cannot enjoy a TV game with a bunch of people around. When I am at the game, the noise of the fans does not distract me, and they are not telling me what just happened, what should happen or why it happened. . I just find it totally different. Very quiet at home allows me to see and enjoy the game much better. Sometimes I even mute the announcers.
