Idk, guy's Kippy Brown is working like a DOG, he wants our success! He deserves atleast a interview.

I understand that he deserves an interview but really, how much work could he be doing right now? We are about as far away from the season as you can get and recruiting is pointless until we name a HC. If anything he is doing damage control, trying to keep our EE's at UT.

Kippy and the other coaches are trying to get ready for a weekend of Official Visits, don't know how many are still coming...but your right, damage control...I'd rather have Kippy as Cut...Kippy should get an interview...Go VOLS!

Hopefully Cut can put together a great recruiting and coaching staff, my first move would be to make Kippy OC and hire Rodney Garner as DL coach and recruiting coordinator.

This.

Hire a solid Offensive staff. It will be a semi-pro style offense. You must keep Kippy Brown. Try to hang onto Cregg & keep Reaves. You keep Garza and Thompson as well.

I think you go hard for Garner as either the DC or Recruiting Coordinator. He will come here for either of those titles. Make Thompson the other one (DC or RC). I think maybe next year you make Lance Thompson the HC in waiting.

What will matter is the staff you put together, not just the HC.

Why? From what I am seeing, I will like him more than what is coming.

he screwed us all over for himself and the university and is currently trying to poach off players and set the university back 3 or 4 years

Regardless of what you think about the new coach, this guy did all this to us

His timing was awful and exit was a bit cowardly. While he was here he did a great job. Hiring Cutcliffe, if true, will make what Kiffin did look like child's play.

The problem is that Cut is trying to bring his Duke staff with him but we are supposed to keep Kippy and Lance idk about the others...

wtf. duke staff? why on earth would we want that staff. hire smart or gardner for christ's sake.

Apparently he is very loyal to his staff and that is the reason he got fired at Ole Miss.. he didn't want to let his staff go.. anyway he wants to bring his Duke staff with him.. as for Kirby Smart I highly doubt he would leave Bama to come to UT I mean theres noway he just turned down his alma matter and $700k to stay with Saban, Idk about Gardner... I think we should keep Lance Thompson and make him DC if all else fails. If I were Hamilton though I would only hire Cut if I knew for sure he had a great staff coming with him that can compete in recruiting with the rest of the SEC.

Cutcliffe won't come without his Duke staff. Welcome to hell, fellas. And does anyone know if the Music City Bowl has tickets available yet?

And I mean for 2012...we won't be going bowling until then.

Cutcliffe may not be the best recruiter but he's a way better coach than Kiffin and that is what scares me more as a gator fan. Just ask Peyton how good of a coach he is.
