The 2022 defense was much worse than the 2024. SC lot us up like a Christmas tree. What do you think 3 NFL WRs would have done against that pathetic secondary? We would have scored a few more TDs. We still lose by at least 2-3 TDs.

I'm sorry you guys are obviously NOT really football fans. If you were, you would know how much timing and morale plays a part in college football. Had we just lost to USCe and OSU just plowed Michigan 42-17, I would be interested to see if either of the Vol teams would have lost. They were MAD AND AT HOME! We have NEVER been in the playoffs and had been whipping everyone except UGA. Those are CRITICAL facts not being considered. Also if they had fumbled or something and we would have built a 14-0 lead on then the outcome may have been different as well. Those are kids and kids are emotional.
