He had the same issue last year in HS, it has gradually gotten worse. At this point in his career it is a good move for him. While it is not all of the problem for his Freshman woes it certainly hasn't helped him any.
Is it something they've diagnosed, or just something that is ailing him and causing discomfort?
I am not a 100% sure what his current diagnosis issue. As you know you can have a minor injury greatly impacted by additional trauma that wouldn't ordinarily be an issue. You could see him periodically stretching his shoulder throughout games last year. I think it was classified more as a strain. I am not sure if he had an incident in action in the last few weeks that could have escalated it to say, ligament tear or anything of that nature. If I get any info I can let you know though.
IIRC it was mentioned by the beat writer he bumped the shoulder in the Virginia game and it's been an issue since, so yea maybe further damage was done.
Hope you and your family are doing well
Oh ok. I was factoring the SECT as each game. We darn. I don't think it matters too much honestly. He'll have game experience and be 100 percent by next season (knock on wood). I honestly wish this problem was looked at while he was in high school and handled then. I understand he's parents felt like it wasn't a big problem, but still should have been checked out sooner12 games played right?
31 on schedule. SECT counts as 1 regardless of number of games played. NCAA tourney and nit do not count.
Total games = 32
9 games is the max he could have played. He's way over.
