Read up on it a while ago, and if I remember right, it's basically opposition to all concentrations of power, basically against both large government and the large corporation in regards to ownership of means of production and wage labor.

Anyway there have been some glum faces among Chavez supporters.

Because claiming I'm ignorant when I'm not opining is solid argument.
