Glad to read she is home and doing better. Thanks everyone.
They thought maybe she had an abdominal aortic aneurysm, but it was not that.
Her BP was through the roof, and nothing would touch her lower back pain (and she has chronic abdominal pain and is already on pain meds). The BP was over 230 on top when I got her there, and she has such an aversion to hospitals because of previous long stays, it didn't get much better while we were there. In fact, it got a little higher, which sent her into panic because her mother died of a stroke.
She is on metoprolol as needed for heartrate (and indirectly BP), but is not on any medication simply for high BP.
Turns out it is a very bad kidney infection on the left side. We had to wait a while at the hospital to see how she reacted to Bactrin because of the sulfur (she'd never had before).
Her BP is coming down now that she is back home in a familiar environment, but we are checking it. I'm not sure there'll be much sleeping this morning.
Again, thanks everyone for your prayers.
Thank you Lord for watching over her. Thanks everyone.

Glad it wasn't an aneurysm, but those kidney infections can be painful. Still praying for her. Thanks everyone.
