Humbly requesting help

Ok, I will probably regret posting this, but:

There are times to back down, song or no song, especially in this weird age where we all feel emboldened to post whatever’s on our minds. I think that you should re-think this.

I have a healthy case of foot-in-mouth disease, meaning that I sometimes post whatever brain fart comes to mind. Maybe it’s justified; maybe not. But at the same time, I sometimes have to post in response to something that I feel is completely awful. So there’s always that walking the line thing going on.

I understand your anger and reaction to the other Zoner. But your pic post was just awful. Sorry, but there it is. I understand visceral reactions to the crap that gets posted here, but NO. I was busy that day and came across the post too late to comment; plenty of piling on already.

But I will say that, as a SPECIFIC RESULT of your post, I had really, really bad dreams remembering taking my beloved Golden Retriever Cinnamon to her one-way trip to the vet, as well as my amazing 19-year-old cat to hers as well.

I completely understand lashing back at some of the hateful sh*t that gets posted here, but responding in kind ain’t the way to go, no matter how understandable it might feel.

In regards to my mention above of foot-in-mouth disease, we ALL have it, because we’re all human. Instead of defending whatever dubious post we put up, consider taking a deep breath, stepping back, and saying some version of, “OK, that wasn’t my best thought ever.”

I enjoy you as a poster here, and I hope you’ll stay. But I have to push back on this. Namaste, y’all.

I hope I didn't trigger anyone bringing up Souce's hunnies especially since the Miller Lite catfight girls triggered people yesterday....
Excuse me, I don’t how I missed this. Actually, I’m glad I missed this. Do I need a direct line to the big Mojo to calm your azz down from time to time, like I do with joe? Damn kids. Porch light is on, now get in, supper is getting cold 🙂.

So, you are going to tell her that I am immature and that I need to grow up? That will shock her.

I’m sure she’ll wear the shock face well, probably nothing new to her. It’s a art.
edit: I’ve meant to ask several times, but old woman mind, how is she doing? Is everything stable for now?

She beat back the infection and her 6 month post surgical scans were clean. She's still working a lot with her new venture. She's with her grandmother right now since they are going to a funeral visitation tomorrow morning.

I feel like I missed something here and not surprising. Have I mentioned I’m a old woman and really haven’t paid much attention here lately? Funeral Visitation. I keep telling my co workers don’t be surprised if at any day they see a U-Haul backed up to the kitchen back door and someone dumps my crap out.

Her grandmother's former neighbor and former pastor passed away last week (It was Justin Timberlake's grandfather on his dad's side). Her grandmother is in her 80s now so my wife will drive her around if its more than a couple miles from her home.

Neither me nor her wanted to advertise too much about the clean scans until the infection was knocked out. She's going to have a pretty strict monitoring regimen the next 3-5 years. The type of phyllodes tumor that she had is rare after the age of 45.
