Hunter out of game for violating team rules

The players and coaches gave him hell when Hunter first got to camp. They said he was extremely soft. I think it worked. He has really stepped up his game.

gtfo. Go cheer for that blue and gold redneck team. You'll fit in better.

Hunter is doing well for an NFL rookie.

Dude, lay off! Poster is correct! His last year he was so scared that if a blade of grass was bent over in Neyland he was afraid it would spring up and hit his cleets!

Need more CP's. He just shows up and does his job. Humble, down to earth, and from what I can tell doesn't do anything to bring the spotlight on to himself off the field. But Hunter and Rogers both will be fine NFL receivers. But I do wonder what he was caught doing considering another WR, Williams, was also suspended for the game.

Both were probably out late and missed a meeting or was late for a meeting.

Y'all are getting on NEOCON, but what part of what he said is wrong? Hunter did play scared last year for us...going down before contact and alligator arm some passes...I am ecstatic he is doing good in the league...but he DID play scared last year, so it was a legitimate question

NEOCON I too enjoy hating on professional athletes because I am not happy in my job and secretly dream of being good enough to make money playing sport.

Wrong. The Adams family is a joke. Good coaches and players don't want to play for this family. They have never been successful as owners. Titans are doomed until the team is sold to new ownership.

Wonder what titans would look like if Peyton became majority owner when he retires? I might even become a fan

Would be nice. The Adams family hasn't done anything. Look at the successful teams over the decades: Steelers, 49ers, Patriots, Ravens, etc.--they find ways to win with new personnel. They draft wisely. Their players love them, which says a lot. I don't think any of the Titans' players even had a relationship with Bud. That whole family just doesn't get it.

Wow!! How long ago was that? If that's the best you've got then you've proven my point.

You said "never", meaning that you think that they have never had a successful run in the history of the team. I merely stated that there was a time when the Titans were a relatively successful franchise.

I'm not saying the team's ownership situation isn't terrible now or wasn't terrible in Bud's last few years, but the team used to be pretty good.

Personally, I hope the Adams family sells the team to some Tennessee-based ownership group. Unsure of how likely that would be though.

I agree. It seems like current ownership is just satisfied with making the occasional wild card appearance--just enough to keep the fans' attention.

Not too familiar NFL ins and outs. What are some of the more "usual" NFL team violations? JH doesn't strike me as a drug user..can't be academics violation in NFL..obviously
just wanted to ask

If he was using drugs, he'd get fined and/or even suspended for games by the league for violation of the league's anti-substance policy.

He wasn't playing with a lot of confidence early in his junior year, granted. He was just coming off major rehab of a torn ACL. Let's see you type your BS after you have surgery on your typing fingers. Worst injury you may EVER face.

They don't micromanage their teams, which was Bud Adams's biggest issue.
