How dare you guys suggest I was calling for CPF to be fired?? GET A GRIP!! :p

I was just thinking that Zook had Frat fights - CPF had legal battles
Zook had embarrassing losses, CPF had the Peach Bowl
Zook's supporting cast wasn't too stellar,CPF has Randy Sanders

What Zook DIDN'T have was fan loyalty. CPF has that aplenty, not to mention the uncanny ability to do more with less talent than any other coach.

Anyone who would suggest I was anti-Fulmer must not have been around when I was getting scorned for saying I thought he was handsome.

Would the fans still support CPF if we lost the final two games to Vandy and Kentucky?

 All these crazy hypotheticals that don't have a snowballs chance in :censored: of ever happening are starting to get kind of ridiculous.

Zook had a choice in the Frat fight. He made what I consider a very ill conceived choice. This is America, and anyone can sue anyone else over anything. The lawsuits against CPF are baseless and frivolous. I see no comparison here.

Zook had embarrassing losses, CPF had the Peach Bowl

Zook lost to a Miss State team that was 1-5 and had lost to IAA Maine. Losing a bowl game is not even close to the same. Over the last 3 seasons, Zook has a 20-13 record (8-5, 8-5, 4-3). In 2 full seasons, Zook's teams were not ranked. They are not currently ranked. Over the same time, CPF has a record of 24-9 (8-5, 10-3, 6-1). Last season, the Vols finished the regular season in the BCS top 10. The Vols are currently on the verge of another top 10 finish in the BCS.

 I think CRS should be commended for helping lead the Vols to a 6-1 record with a true freshman at quarterback. Remember, Florida had a true freshman at quarterback last season and finished 8-5. When Cutcliffe had Manning as a true freshman, the Vols finished 8-4.

Boy, you really made me think... UF went 8-5 last year with Leak, and remember how the media was fawning ALL OVER him?!?! You'd think that our boy EA would get a little more credit.

I hate the thought of Fulmer leaving and hope he doesn't until it's time to retire. Who in the world would replace him?? Can you imagine the reaction around here if we had to go through what UF is going through now?? We're so spoiled that we don't know how good we really have it...

I agree wholeheartedly.
