I'm simply thinking that Tennessee has in fact turned a corner. Baseball is weird like that. This is the first time all season that the entirety of the team seems truly confident, swagger-like, almost edgy. It's a good thing to see the bats follow that attitude.

Vandy is the real deal with an elite coaching staff. They will make a post season run to super regionals and possibly Omaha.

Vandy is a legitimate top 10 team. UT is growing as a team and played like they are capable of this weekend. The BaseVols deserve all the praise for the sweep and showing how to respond to adversity.

Ole Miss proved last year that a team with a mediocre start can win it all if they just get to the regionals. Don't say the Vols will do the same but it appears the second half of the season could be a lot more fun than the first half. We can only hope.

Unfortunately negativity seems to be rampant. Beating Vandy is sweet in any sport. A sweep in the only sport where they have success is sweetest of all.
