Dooley made a fatal error when Wilcox left, or perhaps Hart did if the rumors on Hart are true, he hired Sunseri to install a new defensive scheme. Yes, that's hindsight but it often takes more than a year to install a new scheme and our defense wasn't good enough to make up for the transition pains and Sunseri's complete lack of coaching ability.
