Lol @ the people who gargle on Cut's balls but won't give James Franklin credit for turning around Vandy. Can't have it both ways.

I guess. Let me know when Franklin wins the SEC East since Cut won the West in 2003. Franklin seems like a pretty good coach but only time will tell if he's as good, better, or worse than Cut.

He is a proven head who is building the program back up and not only that he is showing he really loves it at UT...Why the hate for the guy?

he's a proven head coach? (I'm assuming coach was meant to follow head here) On what planet has he proven himself at all? Two ten win seasons in crappy conferences with teams that had already been built and a 1-2 bowl record equals proven?

He's definitely a real up and comer with a lot of potential, but saying he's proven himself is really a stretch imo. He showed this season alone that he still has A LOT to learn about in game strategy and motivation. He talks a good game, recruits a great game and builds excitement, but he still has to PROVE he can do it on the field. I'm not saying he's not going to, I'm not saying he is going to. I'm just saying Butch Jones is definitely a wait and see project.

You are pulling for Vandy? Tells me all I need to know about you. C-yA

What I am about to tell you is the truth. I honestly, 100%, forgot they were even playing in a bowl. No, I hate Vandy, so the SEC teams with the exception of .......nope I'll tell you what, I support Tennessee, dont really care who wins. I will admit one thing though, since I'm coming clean, I cheered to the top of my lungs at the end of the Iron Bowl. I did. Forgive me VN.

Woah. Dude, Cut is doing more with Duke than STEVE SPURRIER could. Bit of a step up compared to the mediocrity that Franklins got going on in music city
