I love the fact that her weight is celebrated. Fans and social commentators..."Good for you Adele. Be comfortable in your skin."....meanwhile her long term health is at risk. 23 is way too young to be that fat.
I agree. People confuse criticism towards weight as a looks thing; however, the issue comes down to health more than anything.
Really? Health risks? She's not 100lbs overweight. Some people are just built to carry a few extra pounds & it's the people who don't have to worry about what they eat or drink & can sit on their ass without doing anything that wanna call people out. Of course health risks are genetic as well so.....just be happy.
In all honesty I have a very slow matabalism and at times have been overweight. I have worked hard to get into and remain in shape. So no I don't drink or eat anything and just sit in my ass without doing anything. I can agree that Adele is a beautiful woman but yes she is overweight and i do not know her weight but it is more than just a little overweight. I also wanted to add that i was commenting on more than just Adele.
I don't see her as being a lot overweight. My statement doesn't include everybody. Some people couldn't gain a pound if they tried. Some gain weight just by thinking about it. I don't see somebody being miserable trying to maintain a perceived ideal weight. You can be overweight & healthy too. Hell I would say about 90% of Americans are overweight & some of that is due to exercise. Overweight does not equal fat or obese.
