I have to admire you younger guys. You obviously don’t believe in jinxes. Asking “How does one go about carrying the coach off the field on one’s shoulders” and “ should we storm the field after the win?“ I just assume we’re going to lose and if we win, it’s that much sweeter but if we lose, it’s like “oh well, this is what I expected.“ Yes, I am a Battered Vol. But don’t be like me. Enjoy Vol sports unrestricted and full of joy. God bless you.

All a Vol fan has to do is watch the Florida game again to know the jinx is real. We exorcized one demon, and it fought hard to stay, but in the end we did it. It'll be no different with Bama. But these Vols have shown they are up to the task.

Your ego is stuck in a Butch time warp.

We finally have a coach who has big brass oranges between his legs and is confident enough to not need say or sell you on it.

I can’t remember the last time I’ve seen a staff/team well prepped and cool, even if they’re down.

I’m definitely enjoying the ride we’re on, win or lose Saturday

I believe the best thing that we have is a 24 year old QB that is consistent and not easily rattled. Seems like most teams this year are having a problem with playing consistently this year. Example Miami losing to MTSU.
