I do as well, met another Vol fan Saturday at the mall and we stood and talked about the game in our Vol gear!!

Actually cant wait to get back to work Tuesday, everyone there is Clemson fan.

I live here too, and am loving it.
I can’t stand clemson fans. Tiger paw on the car means bad driver. Pay attention and you’ll see what I mean….

First post from me after having been a lurker for years. I live in Greenville as well and it has been great wearing UT gear loud and proud all weekend long!!!

I imagine there are a lot of Georgia fans in Greenville since Athens is only like 90 minutes away ?

Luckily I’m back in TN after living in the Greenville area for a few years, but I get what you’re saying lol.

I want to agree, but i remember the last 3 qts of 2021 game all too well. Thats when I noticed Heupels offense needed "more"
They outscored Tennessee 20- 17 that last 3 qtrs of that game.

The last 7 out of 8 total quarters

Oh no! We got outscoured by 3 after having a 28 point lead. We really got lucky in that 25 point victory.

We were up 38-7 at the half last year. They got two scores after that, one in the third quarter, and one against our back ups in trash time. The one in the third came off of a fake field goal.
we do not have a problem, Shane beamer has a problem. Look at their portal. The rats are jumping off the ship. This year was the perfect storm, our boys were distracted by internal strife, and their home field advantage was huge. Heup is going to lay the wood to them next year!

I work with a bunch of Clemson and Carolina fans. The Clemson fans I can deal with. They're fine with with the loss and I would've been fine with them if Tennessee had lost. But the Carolina fans are almost unbearable at times. Thankfully losing their bowl game has them back to more reality. The funny thing is when Tennesee beats them I don't say anything to them about it. It's just meant to happen.

I watched the Orange bowl in Greenville visiting our daughter & SIL and I was struck leaving yesterday just how awful the drivers were - maybe they were all upset Clemson fans?

I don't care if we're up by 60 points and it's the last minute of the game on our 25 yard line...

Have Bazooka Joe throw the deep ball to score again and go for two points. Then onside kick it and try to score again.

In 1992 South Carolina beat Tennessee. In 1993 There was a blood bath in Knoxville and Tennessee beat them 55-3. I think you will see a similar blood bath in Knoxville in 2023…

That's a bad case of parsing stats to make them say what you want.

UT will get better on D. Not sure what "more" you're talking about on O. You'll have games where 30 points is going to have to be enough. One of the areas they improved on this year was being able to run clock. That can improve too. But UT has lost one game since Heupel took over because the O didn't score.
