This bowl win is so good for me. Thanks coach Heupel. You’ve made my UT gear shine a little brighter in the new year.

Now let’s take care of the USCjr thing…
You got a shot at your wish coming true. Pretty clear UGA is heading into a bama-like run of dominance. I gotta move.

Heading to a wedding this coming weekend in Clemson. Would it be rude to wear my Tennessee hat during the service?
Yeah, but I'd make sure my orange power T tie and lapel pins show up in every single wedding photo.

My grandmother was from Laurens, SC. If you’re in Greenville, you know of it. We used to go down there in the summers and there was nothing to do except put pennies on the train track and wait for the train to run over them. Charming little town, though.

Her brother loved Clemson, had season tickets, and hated USCe. They both died in 2013 and I hated that he missed seeing their run of success. Anyway, I’m no Clemson fan, but I have fond memories of my visits down to Greenville and Laurens, as well as my Clemson fan great uncle, who was the height of a gentleman.

I live in Georgia, not too far from Greenville. I'm glad you guys can run it in, cause it sucks being around Georgia fans 🤣
Even they acknowledge things are changing. I believe their confidence is a bit muted after the gift they got Saturday night, but we’ll see what TCU does 🤷‍♂️

The Gamecocks have done nothing but talk and put up billboards and fly banners from the end of airplanes, you would have thought they won the national title when they beat us. I hope CJH remembers that when they come to Neyland next year.

Calling it now, heupel get drinkawitz fired in 23, Beamer fired in 24 and Billy fired in 25 by beating them all by 50+.

I work with a bunch of Clemson and Carolina fans. The Clemson fans I can deal with. They're fine with with the loss and I would've been fine with them if Tennessee had lost. But the Carolina fans are almost unbearable at times. Thankfully losing their bowl game has them back to more reality. The funny thing is when Tennesee beats them I don't say anything to them about it. It's just meant to happen.
I have learned in all the years of fandom with obnoxious rival fans…the sweetest reaction and most effective response from me when we win…is silence. You know…they know…any intelligent sports fans knows…our victory is sweet! Reminds me when a huge Memphis fan told me in front of a group before the 2008 basketball game in Memphis…”you just don’t understand…the Tigers will show you what big time basketball is all about…you really have no idea”. Then he laughed at me…my response?…”the Vols have a pretty solid team as well now”. After that game…most of the other people around have talked to me about it…the Memphis fan …has NEVER mentioned it. I let him suffer in his humility. We both know but just don’t discuss it.

Certainly not.
Now wearing Pantone 151c colored Overalls might be a little tacky.
I still say you should go for it.
Life is made of fun memorable moments.
