I love my vols

Maybe I'm crazy, but I think that we will continue to improve, and I can see us winning our last 4 or 5 games. And of course next week. GBO!

Realize this game was against possibly the best defense we'll face all year. Florida only gave up 21 points at Miami, even with four turnovers.

It was unrealistic for fans to REALLY expect to win in the Swamp this year. The losing streak hurts, but we did manage to beat the spread in spite of our 6 turnovers. We were also close to cutting the lead to one score in our last two possessions.

Starting Peterman was a gamble that did not pan out, but it was a gutsy decision, and it may have had the effect of waking Worley up a bit.

If we continue to improve, this team will be decent by later in the season.

Go Vols!

Just going to take awhile longer than we hoped. I hoped this would be turned around overnight. I see my expectations were unrealistic.

Agreed.. Looking forward we know who the RB's will be for the next several years.. Really unknown outside of North and TE is a complete mystery and next years QB could be any of the 4...

Glad to see us play a whole game for once. Our offense is just awful. Defense is pretty decent, but young. They got tired from having to play the whole game though. If our offense doesn't improve we may not win again after next week.

These nega vols have obviously never had to build something . Not to sound corny but CBJs brick by brick attitude rings true.

Quit talking about Worley as if he is the answer. I agree this team did not quit, I agree we have a coach who "gets it", we need a qb for the future, Ferguson or Dobbs, if not them recruit someone else. I don't care who's ego we crush, get a qb who will get us where we should be. I am tired of excuses, show progress, move forward.
Well said. Neither Worley nor Ferg is the qb of the future.

Maybe this is the truth beforehand but when that game started, it was painfully obvious that this gator team could have been beaten. Peterman just didn't have it in him in the first half and unfortunately Worley didn't have the tools for the come back.

What is this Brick Ledge you speak of? In my part of the country it is called a Foundation! That is where we are at right now.
