I love the fact Dooley and Co. are always evaluating and looking for talent...

This staff is going to be fine as time goes on. I like them more each time I see what they are constantly doing. I know all staff's are doing this, but I like complimenting our staff when they are doing well.

They hit a HR today. I like going after JUCO lineman. Gooch could help us a lot.

so we ended up bringing in 5 OL for the '10 class.

2 OTs, 2 OGs, and 1 C.

i like it.

Possibly 6? or do we save the 1 remaining scholarship. If we brought in Hendrickson could we not move Pope or one of the others to another OL position?

Hubbs says they aren't taking Hendrikson. They chose Gooch over him.

Too bad, I wanted both we need the depth. I know we had two scholarships left over and one is obviously going to Gooch now did Greg Clark take the other? If he didn't why not go ahead and use the remaining the remaining one on him?

They have an uphill climb in front of them.

I like what the staff has been doing lately. I think it is funny that they caught Scout and Rivals so much by surprise that they didnt even realize the kid had visited early in the week. I think Dooley is just more secretive than Kiffin.

I have a question for the Recruiting Guru's. Which staff has been more enjoyable for you to follow?

CDD only had concerns coming out of spring practice about the Center position. Thats why he moved Pope to Center late in spring practice. He likes the other starters, they just need game experience. And of course we need depth.

Last year's staff from a purely informational standpoint, but this staff seems to be able to get the beef last year's staff couldn't get. Harry Hiestand will prove a much better asset than Cregg ever was. Plus, if it's not for Mitch Browning, I don't think that Cregg gets all the accolades he did.

I like the fact the my wife doesn't cheat on me..... DUDE, seriously, THAT'S THEIR JOB!! Why are you praising them for doing something they're supposed to do anyway? Your love fest for CDD and staff is getting out of hand. He hasn't even recruited a full class or played a game and you'd think by reading some of your threads that he's working on his third national championship run. Just because he gets kids that no body has heard of to commit, somehow you're spinning that to, "they're finding diamonds in the ruff, man they're great recruiters...". Ever think they're taking chances on these kids and that they might not pan out??

Question: The last staff were slated to pull GREAT talent to UT, no doubt. But why on earth did they fail to recruit Anyone at C or TE when these were clear positions of need?
