I need some help

Ok, when I right click while the video is running, I go to properties, not options. My bad. Then just copy the url at the very bottom under location.

I actually can't right click on it while it's running? Anyway... right click the link, choose properties, then under "address (URL)" pick out the section that looks like "http://68.156.229.10/~coachpearl/0506/videos/florida_highlights_2_23.wmv" and copy it... paste it as a url into a message, right click on the link and choose "Save As..."

Work for you? I'm using firefox btw.

Close... you need just the section that has the second http:// until the .wmv

THEN when you go to put it in a message, click the hyperlink button at the top of the message box (looks like a chain) and paste it in the line asking for url.

I think you need to shorten that address... get it down to the http://68.156.229.10/~coachpearl/0506/videos/utsau.wmv

Use just THAT as your url, and you'll be good to go. In fact, if you have to change it, you can just edit a message and change it.

I was unable to do the "paste in word" thing b/c I didn't have an option to "save link as..."

When you go to do it on VN, you can either A) Be nice and act like it it for everyone (what I usually do) or B) hide it in a post/ edit an old post /w the new url. :biggrin2:

When you go to do it on VN, you can either A) Be nice and act like it it for everyone (what I usually do) or B) hide it in a post/ edit an old post /w the new url. :biggrin2:

When I pasted it to a word doc, hit ctl+click it automatically went to save to my desktop.
