That's because the idiots who think this about Butch use "Butch and coaches have to go" instead of saying fire Butch. Bunch of keyboard pansies.

So some of you might be ready to abandon this coach and this football team after playing and losing to three of the best SEC teams in the country (all of whom have a chance to get into the National Championship game), but I am not. This team has already had every reason to give up on this season, yet they've continued to fight and battle every week in the face of insurmountable odds. I believe that we are going to beat both Kentucky and Vanderbilt, but even if that doesn't happen, the talent that Coach Jones is assembling and the brilliant coaching performance he showed us against Georgia and South Carolina (despite having far less talent) should give us all the hard evidence we need to believe that CBJ has was it takes to bring us back.

Coach Jones will have to tell the recruits that his plan is to get UT back into being competitive and winning the SEC East and an SEC Championship and they are part of that plan. Our schedule has been a top 10 SOS the majority of the time. It's been tough to win 7 or more consistently since Phil left.
I believe that Coach Jones was the RIGHT hire and with the right people at the right positions he'll get us there. We need SPEEED at just about all positions!
GO VOLS! I'm with Coach Jones all the way. We need to be patient and give him time.

Honestly I haven't seen that on here, and I'm on here a lot. What I have seen is guys saying the coaches have to do a much better job of coaching this team after 3 bad losses. Anybody saying Butch or his assistants ought to be fired at this point is being ridiculous. Get back to me in 2 years.

Butch has done a fine job this year. He has won the games he was supposed to win. Playing this many top ten teams does not bode well for a new coach on a rebuilding team's record. He has pulled off one win we shouldn't have, even if it took a miracle catch, he still had us in a position to win.
What I found more important however is what he has achieved off the field. His recruiting this far has been amazing, he has inspired and brought the previous players' involvement back into the program, and is trying to emphasize the traditions of UT football, all while trying to set a new strong foundation for the future. I am proud to have him and expect to see his efforts translate to wins in the near future.

I'll agree that a vast majority haven't called for butch's head, but I've seen some people say "he's not the guy that will make us relevant" or "we'll be looking for another coach in 3 years" and so on. If you really want to find these idiots, just read this forum on game day.

Just because you support somebody doesn't mean they are immune to criticism. A little premature to say he has lost support IMO.

We'll get UF. UGA is possible, S Car. is possible, and Mizz. is possible. We could also lose to Ole Miss. No reason to think we can't do it.
