Shelly might be in her 40's..... Not bad considering some of the "talent" I've seen in her age range around the ATL.......

If I was a Tech fan I still wouldn't be over that pass interference that wasn't called.

I can't believe how many of the bowl games have been played so close this year. Maybe I just didn't pay attention in previous years. That Auburn game was crazy. This one is close. Weird.

BTW Vollygirl.... Never answered you concerning the boo'ing the VT band deal..... in Section 337 as soon as the VT band took the field fans arounf=d us staryed boo'ing.... my wife was turned off by that and I had to do some "damage control".... The VT band helped ut with that lame hokey-pokey deal..... Even my wife though that was ridiculous.....

Watching the Auburn game cured me of thinking we should ahve been in Tampa...... Northwestern just wouldn't quit at all!

That's pitiful. I don't blame her a bit. I guess I just didn't notice if they were doing it around us.

But when the announcer said something about the fan's favorite tune or whatever, I looked at Tony and said "Please tell me they aren't gonna play Hokey Pokey!" ROFL!! I could not believe they did that! I did give props to the tuba players. That can't be easy.

Chizik said "I've never played a game where I went in with seven wins and came out with 10. We had to win that game three times." LOL I felt bad for NW fans. What a heartbreaking game for them. So close! Auburn tried every way they could to lose that game and still win it. Ark and ECU went into overtime too.

I bet some kind of record has been set this year with close games. Better match ups than I expected.

We thought the same thing!!!! Was this Y'alls' first trip to the 'Dome? I live in Peachtree City (just south of Atlanta) and I've been to a few games at the Dome.... WAY harder to get in & out of than Neyland...... Next game I take my wife to will definitely be in Knoxville...... We went to the Maryland game a few years ago... she wondered why I was a Tennesee fan.....

I've never been an "SEC" fan per se..... If UT desn't win I coulsd care less what anyone else in the conference does..... I do have to say though, that growing up in Columbus Georgia, I went to a TON of Auburn games, and like to see them do well as long as they aren't playing Tennessee.....

It was Tony's first game in the Dome. We parked at Marta in Dunwoody and rode Marta in. My first game was the home opener for the Falcon's last year. My brother's wife got 4 tickets from her boss AND a parking pass. We were on the club level, parked right beside the dome and walked through a little connector tunnel to get in. I took my son and she took hers. It was awesome!!

But nothing beats a game in Neyland. Your wife will LOVE it!!

Roger THAT!!!! My Mom is 83 now and can't go to the games like she used to could.... We lived in Knoxville and loved to go to the games and made at least 2 or 3 a season.... her Knees won't let her go any more..... My daughter is almost 4 years old and I want her first Tennessee game to be @ Neyland...... Not a better experience in CFB and I've been to almost all the best SEC stadiums....

That Geico commercial is ridiculous..... Charlie Daniels couldn't hold Vassar Clements' bow if you gift wrapped it..... Or Sam Bush.... Or Curly Ray Cline..... Or Chubby Wise... Or Kenny Baker who used to play with Bill Monroe's band.... And Charlie Daniels is GOOD!!!! It's just that he others I named are GREAT!
