Hiring a head coach is kind of like drafting an NFL qb. It’s sort of a crapshoot. Past success isn’t always indicative of future performance.It just goes to show that hiring is hard. If all coaches make 1 million and yours makes 10 million then you can pick who you want. That’s not how it is. If the living people with national championships were always the best coaches you’d know who to pick. That’s not how it is either.
