I wish I had seen it before you edited it. I'm sure it was about me.It is becoming apparent to me that bpv has a man crush on me everytime I post he comes out to play.
I find your opinions so educational and your prose so compelling that I just can't stay away.

you should not post when you've been drinking. My point is I have a better view of the AZ situation mentioned than the author. I'll type slower for all the Dems in the audience

Not exactly the most effective way of getting your point across.

...mountain-top mining practices and allowing increased arsenic in the drinking water has anything to do with this?:

washingtonpost.com - nation, world, technology and Washington area news and headlines

No big deal, its only the national bird and American symbol.

Hate to do something crazy like get back on topic but what exactly was the point of this? Some birds are not propagating like fleas in a specific area of one state? Not to mention this:

"adding that the administration has tried to keep species from declining to the point where they need to be listed."

That hardly sounds like an indictment of the administration. In fact, that sounds like props to me. If you think merely listing more and more species as endangered is some kind of de facto demonstration of good environmental policy I suggest you ponder a bit harder.

"No big deal, its only the national bird and American symbol."

If you want to try to rail against the current administration's environmental policies that's fine, but you really need to pick your battles better.

have you yet posted any remotely valid reason for buying anything the author presented. I know it might be hard for you to see a waste of ink liberal style hatchet job as politically motivated garbage, but much of it is.

PJ is telling you he has been there dealing with this exact issue and you're arguing that some political columnist type knows better. You might be right, but seems to me that you're most likely wrong. I know as a hardcore, unthinking style lefty, you need know real support to bow up, but you might give it some thought going forward.

I would buy the story from a guy who has had his feet in the dirt over a columnist who has put together a story which is not a serious attempt at reporting. If so he would go into depth with this Fish and Wildlife rep. and not quote him only once or twice. There are those of you who want to follow blindly and that is your business.

It may come as a shock to you since my side is outnumbered 10-1 on this board that I do not have to buy everything you all post as gospel, choir boy.:hi:Oh do you know this columnist personally also otherwise how do you know he has not spent as much or more time there.YOU DON'T it's your OPINION not FACT what do you not get.:salute:

I hope you are not counting me amongst those on your "side" I at least attempt to put forth a viable argument and understand that first-hand experience beats out book research nearly 100% of the time.

You on the other hand, go out of your way to provoke those that you know believe differently than you, which makes you every bit as bad as the idiot pundits you have claimed so vehemently to hate.

I am not trying to start something with you, just trying to get across that your line of argument adds nothing to the conversation, and only serves to polarize.
