I would consider voting for Mr. Romney

Most companies have a board and decisions, atleast important ones, are voted on. And, if you havent noticed, BO has begun making some executive decisions without running them through congress.

hold up. Are you acting like you were right? You know anything about private equity, especially those built under the name of a large consulting firm?

FYI, he clearly knows more about it than you do.

wait a minute. do you mean to tell me that the pundits and shills who have been calling Romney a "vulture capitalist" and claimed that Bain merely "bankrupted businesses that were otherwise profitable" don't know what they're talking about?

My problem with the candidate specifically originates from the acute case of ‘politician’ he seems to be coming down with.

Anyone running for president is like this at some level. He's just more blatant.

Figure out which agenda you are more comfortable with and go with that.

at some level? presidential race has become about acting ability more than anything else. It's all production, substance be damned.

FYI it is easier to implement strategy at an investment firm than it is as the President - that was my point.

Do you not agree with this?

there is no overarching strategy at an equity house.

Obama had carte blanche to implement his agenda and what we have to show for it is a disastrous and indescribable healthcare program.

you're right, boy that congress is the picture of cooperation.

are you seriously buying this dumbassery, without giving due credit to Obama being a douchebag? Surely you understand that the fight happens from both sides, or maybe you haven't notice that the dem leadership is the most divisive group ever. You have Obama, Pelosi and Reid, none of whom is anything but a hard left idealogue.

Interesting quote from Rahm Emmanuel in Woodward's book about compromise on the stimulus - Rahm said "F'em, we have the votes".

Hooray for cooperation. From the same crowd that gave you "elections have consequences and Eric (Cantor) I won".

I would disagree. It appears Reid divides just for the sake of division. He's opposing the audit of the Federal Reserve, something that he used to staunchly support. It's part of the Republican agenda now so he has to oppose it.

and we get constant whining from LG and the hypocrite chorus about uncooperative R congress, as if senate doesn't exist.

so then would you say implementing strategy is easier for the President or executives at Bain?

because they have the same fundamental disagreements and still have to turn a profit. Obama and his band of idiots have no pressure to make any money, so no decision is seen as acceptable governance.
