agree. i wish that the ncaa would drop the hammer, but USC is one of those programs that will never get "hammered" like we would hope. if the ncaa had the goods on them, it would have dropped hard by now.

From what I've heard, it's supposed to happen next month. TIFWIW.

I wonder why the New York Times isn't sensationalizing USC's upcoming NCAA rulings? This should be a topic with real substance unlike NYT's trying to unleash BS on UT. I hate everything New York currently.

That happens this month and I read an interesting article that stated that the NCAA was up against the wall on this USC hearing. It pointed out that the credibility of the NCAA as a governing body is in jeopardy here and that if they don't make this one hurt that they will be viewed as a laughing stock. Ironic isn't it that Lame Kiffin is the one guy who has been most vocal in laughing at the NCAA. This is their dream chance to either reset the position of the NCAA or to fall into complete disgrace. Stay tuned and remain hopeful.

MHF, you have a thread starting sickness. Maybe it's an addiction. But you don't have to start a thread for every thought that pops into your head.

Great point.

It would be different if his thoughts actually were remotely close to being correct.

He has around 3,000 posts and probably 2,500 of those are Thread Starters.

I enjoy almost all of MHF's threads, but I seem to be in the minority in that regard.

Their very hypothetical and interesting

Jeffcoat and Hicks already happened,
and Ambles is bringing his winsome personality and bone to bone to USC to share Kiffins probation.

5) Pac-10 closes out stronger than anyone - In addition to USC, the Bruins of UCLA and the Bears of Cal will also have huge days. UCLA expects good news from players like Dietrich Riley, Jordan Zumwalt, Anthony Jefferson and others and have a shot at Ricky Heimuli and possibly Owamagbe Odighizuwa. Meanwhile, Cal is expected to pull in Keenan Allen, Gabe King, Chris McCain and have a shot at J.R. Ferguson and others. Three teams from the Pac-10 in the top 15 is likely.

Stupid prediction by Farrell. LSU should pick up some people and close strong, but when the SEC will have 5-6 of the top 10, it is insane to talk about the Pac 10 being strong with 3 in the top 15.

The Pac 10 is an also ran conference. I root for Oregon and Cal and UCLA to be able to beat USC, but I think probation will slay the Trojans. Enjoy not being on TV Markeith, maybe some bitter Vol fans will still show up on your ustream to laugh at you.
