If the Patriots win this week against the Steelers. They will get beat by the Jets next week.

Totally ignoring logical thinking, Yes

Hear me out:

Do you understand the sweet poetic justice that Mark Mangini will pen if he wins this game? His and Bellicheck's rocky relationship is already a mainstay in the media.

Who was the team that New England got caught taping? You guessed it. New York Jets.

With the Jets sitting at 3-9 with no shot at a playoff birth I'm pretty sure Mangini has been taking note in these two recent close calls by the Pats.

Maybe it's just wishful thinking gone mad but it's just that feeling you get in your gut, baby. There are just too many outside forces, story lines, payback, ruining of a season (to some extent) present to not at least want it to come true, unless of course your a Pats fan.

If this were to happen the media would absolutley eat this up for everything it's worth.

My final prediction 28-27. Jets win on a missed FG by Gotkowski. The Man-genius will have a timeout left but will not freeze the kicker.

Go ahead feel free to question my sanity.

Now, Mike and Mike are talking about this as I write this so I will look like I stole it from them. Bastards.

The catch here is that the Jets are not talented...

The Eagles and Ravens had the players to keep it close with the Pats. The Jets just suck.

And I'm fairly sure that Belichick would post a TD every time his team got the ball if he could and win by 100.

I dont know that they jets have the manpower to pull off a win. It would be great if they could though. People would really begin to question the pats first win vs the jets.

Hopefully Baltimore can get the win against Miami, then an 0-14 Miami can beat a 14-0 New England.

I am amazed that anyone that has watched them play 3 of the last 4 weeks could still think they are unbeatable. They still have a good Giants team on their schedule.

Three out of their last four wins have been less than desirable. They are good but they are not world beaters and can be beat.

Pending the Colts or Chargers play them I believe both of them can beat the Pats.

Secondly, if you look at that defense it is full of old players. I'm not saying it will happen but it is very possible they will tire out and it may have started already...

That doesn't really matter when you have an offense on fire. For a team that has scored less than 30 three times is pretty impressive. It's not about the patriots stopping anyone, I think its more about who can stop the patriots.
