This is good for cutting out the "middle man" in recruiting. The schools will handle the whole process.

This is bad because it almost certainly will mean the schools will lose the "players are employees" lawsuits.

That's fine. I would much rather this than see what happened with the Jadan Rashada situation

There's a lot of NIL deals and very, very few cases of fraud or shenanigans.

Players as employees leads to players unions, salary caps, lawsuits from other college sports that aren't being paid, etc.

I'd be careful what you wish for.
