I fully expect FL to win but there will be 8 more games for redemption. You look at Tennessee performance against very weak opponents and I just cant see it changing to anything else by Saturday. Only new fans will get rattled. Those of us that have watched the results against quality opponents the past 10 years know what to expect. I'm not sure Florida is even a quality opponent so I hope for a win.

Still be a VFL, but try to gear up to be another Miss. State or S.C. level program that always gets close, but no cigar. A reduced level of expectation permanently.

Patently false and juvenile. Everybody on your list bleeds orange just the way you do, and will suffer the crushing dissapointment just like you will if we lose. Nobody, no matter their opinion of the state of the program wants that.

I swear there are some seriously misguided people in the world.

If Florida pulls out a win, my house will be turned upside down. I have never been more frustrated during a Vols game week 1 and if we lose to Florida for a 12th straight year, considering the talent we have I will be hoarse for the next week.

I will be at the lake listening on radio. If they lose I will jump off boat. Lose my glasses. Cuss the fish out. Get drunker. Then laugh like hell cause I saw it coming but didn't want to believe it. Then get a truckload of bricks and dump on CBJ front yard.

Doubt it will bother me much. There has been maybe two out of the last five UF games that have really got to me but watching the coaching staff implode several times last year really was a bucket of ice water in the face. To me it is what it is and we are what we are. I want to see Butch succeed as much as anyone. He's going to have to come out the tunnel ready to play football though and not holding his breath like usual if he's going to take he next step.
