If Hadden only fought like this

Didn’t he do something like this last year?
Yes, in the Orange Bowl, after being exposed and abused several times, he decided to fight about it, took an unsportsmanlike, came out of the game for a while, should have been kicked off the team at that moment and sent packing in my opinion

Can't recall anything like the Kung Fu Fighting BS they were doing last night but he is consistently inconsistent and being a CB just magnifies his mistakes.

Seems like every game he makes one or two great plays but makes several where you just have to shake your head.

I think it was the SC game where he continually got scorched by Rattler but couldn't stop running his mouth.

Did anyone see the video of Huepel apologizing to Napier afterwards? The way Napier basically told him to not worry about it makes me really respect the guy. Just seems like a nice dude. I hope he doesn't have a chance to succeed at Florida and then he goes elsewhere and succeeds.

He may forgive, but won’t forget.

Hadden is nothing more than a liability. Even as a RS Senior he can't tackle worth a damn, has trouble with the concept of at least nominally looking back for the ball in coverage (but when he actually does, he does alright), and he's shown he's likely got better prospects for a future of fighting in gas station parking lots than being a serviceably competent DB. Hopefully Heupel benches him for good sooner than later...and perhaps gives the younger DBs playing time, setting an example.

He needs to use his arms when he tackles instead of bumping someone from behind. Good grief that enough should make him and a tackling dummy companions all week long. That was as embarrassing attempt at a tackle as I have ever seen.

Good grief. I have never seen a player who made me more frustrated, more consistently, and I just don’t understand why we can’t find someone better to put in there.

Last year at SC he got torched repeatedly and got up every time talking trash. Last night I watched him literally bump into a ball carrier (make no attempt to wrap up), and then run alongside him for 30 yards, until he did a somersault at his feet. I was livid.

The worst thing, though, was when he got that interception against Austin Peay. I said: “oh great. Now he’s going to think he’s good.”

Yep. Dude is all bark and no bite when it comes to tackling. When he bounced off the UF ball carrier last night, I have to admit I chuckled at what a fool Hadden was and is when it comes to basic fundamentals like trying to wrap up a tackle. Weak mind, and weak play all around.

The one time he looks back for the ball, he snags that pick against Peay, I thought the same thing..."oh, he's going to think he is all-world good now, but he's likely already forgot what enabled him to get the INT in the first place."

We're down, what, 26-7 at halftime and Haddon and Milton take most of the criticism on this site. I can't think of one person in orange and white who performed worth a sh_t last night--and that includes the coaching staff.
