Cut is too old and was never a great recruiter.

Chavis... kidding, right? He more so than even Dooley ALWAYS gets outcoached when the other team has equal or better talent. His in game adjustments have always been pathetically poor. His playcalling is as bad or worse. He was great in game week coaching- developing an initial game plan. He is a first rate LB coach. He was a far less than energetic recruiter.

Cut is not a good recruiter and is very loyal to his assistants, who are not sec caliber. No disrespect but thank god your not making the call. Cut is a great OC and QB coach, but it stops right there.
