for this years BCS Championship, which side will you be on? We had a great time in Eugene during our trip. The Duck fans bent over backwards to make us feel welcome. The last time I was in Tuscaloosa, I was cussed at and generally treated pretty crappy. Granted, the bad behavior was mostly from students or younger fans. I will firmly be in Oregon's corner if this game happens. What about you?

Never Alabama. Good rule to live by. This isn't even a question... I would hope Oregon wins by every point ever.

I hate Bama because their Bama. I hate Oregon because they have so many bandwagon fans in KY and they act like Richards. I'm sure the real fans in Oregon are nice though.

On the topic of who wins...

Oregon right now by 10 pts.

But if Bama has time to prepare I'm afraid Bama wins.

Won't happen. Absolutely no way those 2 play each other for the title. This is a something you're wasting pecks on the keyboard with.

Go Ducks. These were the two best teams last year and I hope they get to play each this year.

Oregon, and I fully expect Oregon to win that matchup. For those who have cited Saban's ability to outscheme virtually any opponent, given enough time, I would point out one fact. Saturday's game against Texas A & M was Alabama's second opportunity to play Johnny Manziel and they surrendered 628 yards and 42 points this time to the Aggies. Granted, Alabama demonstrated that they can score points in bushels if pushed to the wall. Furthermore, Manziel is a great quarterback, but Oregon simply has more weapons than the Aggies. Oregon wins this matchup in a shootout and prevails by 10-14 points.

I'd have to give the nod to the Ducks. Their program has come so far and never taken that final step. Nice to see them get the glory they deserve after working this hard to get where they are at.

But I wouldn't place a bet on that game for nothing lol

LSU vs South Carolina in the SECG with LSU winning. I got LSU playing playing Oregon for the national title......... :hi:

I don't see it happening but hope you are right.

LSU has UGA (away), UF(home), ALA(away), TAM(home)

ALA has LSU(home)

TAM has LSU(away)

Must be nice, year in, year out like this.

And get this, lets say LSU beats ALA, and TAM beats LSU... who is going to SECCG... my bet ALA based on BCS rankings because of human polls.

You have to love the SEC at times. Hopefully Auburn provides a good measuring stick. Of course the Vols have a killer schedule coming up too.

LSU-Bama will decide who goes in the West. Miles finally got himself a QB and it's showing so far. I can see LSU taking A&M as well, but the Bama game will be a shootout.

As for Georgia, depends on how well they perform in the Florida, Auburn and UT game. They tend to struggle against us even when we aren't that good. Auburn is the enigma in the SEC this year and could prove to be the one that upsets the equation.

It'd likely be - presuming all have the same record - whichever one lost the least recently of the 3.

LSU would be out because of losing 2 weeks before the final rankings.

A&M would most likely get the nod because their last/only loss would have been in Sept.

That would of course be barring any of these losses being 1-3 point losses or OT losses.

I don't see LSU going undefeated, I hope you are right though. The only way I can see LSU pushing is if White and Robinson are able to take command of the corners and Beckwith at MLB as true freshmen. MLB is definitely an issue right now. Other than that I haven't seen any major issues, but I am not completely sold yet.

Mett will have to put points on the board this year.

I feel like the East has been a box of chocolate the last 5 years or so. UGA looks tough to me, I have actually enjoyed watching them play.

As far as the BCS, I think Clemson is a good team as well.

Bama starts with a half game lead, strength of schedule be damn, that is the way it is.... I am actually okay with it.... as long as we can get lil nicky going a couple of times is all I care about. :)

In a perfect world...it will be Miles rather than Saban that gets the opportunity....if an SEC team is in the NC anyway.

Saban with one week to prepare=Bama loss
Saban with six weeks to prepare=Bama win
