It would be a crazy situation and honestly I don't think fixable.

It would alter so many things that would have to be back-dated that had impact on other things that would need to be back-dated that it might not be possible.

It would mean that you would instantly become President, and everyone could then hound you about absolutely meaningless trivia for the next 4 - 8 years, distracting you from your job faithfully preserving, defending the Constituton of the United States and executing the laws thereof.

I'm not sure how impeachment works(we've only impeached two ya know..) but does it affect everything since the crime was committed or only once the President is actually impeached?

They would vacate all his work but not give the office to McCain because the win was vacated, not awarded to the loser. They would then allow penalties to be attributed to the nation and allow BO to become president somewhere else. He would then be caught for the same offense but allowed to resign before moving on to the Presidency of another country.

Barry could light up in public??

I would hope that Sotomayor and Kagan would be kicked of the SCOTUS be replaced by qualified Justices.

Just thin we face thirty or more years with these two witches sitting on our highest court in the land!

What would happen? Chaos would reign, you would see your standard apocalyptic activities: locusts, rivers turning to blood, dogs mating with cats, alabamans mating with non-relatives.

After those initial events it would get much worse. Balls of fire would shoot from the worlds volcanoes, the ice caps would melt which would cause the oceans to rise and decimate the coast lines.

We would then be under martial law, with mandatory curfew of 7pm and the new national anthem being Miley Cyrus party in the USA.

And finally, GSVol and joevol would be happy and go on a crusade to rape and pillage every middle eastern person in America.

Just my 2 cents.

All appointees would be invalid, and recalled.

This would be your dream scenario. I fear that it would be so chaotic, as to mean there would be some forces that would keep it from happening even if it technically should.

So that's it! I was wondering why so many of Obama's actions were unconstitutional and so many of his philosophies were contrary to the founding principles... He's been distracted.

Why? If he's distracted by these questions then it would be simple enough to put them to rest. He should just release background info concerning his birth, education, et al that other Presidents have as a matter of course.

Why does he continue to act as if he's hiding things if he isn't?
