I believe that if he was proven to not be a US citizen then all appointee's and all laws that he signed into law would be voided. This is due to the fact that if he isn't a citizen he would be pulled off the books as a president and therefore anything signed by him would mean about as much as the TP you used to wipe your butt this morning.

He's definitely a US citizen, even if he doesn't have a US birth certificate. But yes, everything would be voided since he wouldn't have been ever eligible to be prez since he was born on foreign soil.
