I believe Jone's will turn thing's around at UT, I don't think they'll win the sec next year, but could improve alot despite we lose some on offense. I believe he will coach up the player's, but most of all change the attitude of the team. What would you like to see happen most in his first year? A big upset, win 7-8 game's with a smaller upset, win enough for a very good bowl? I would like to see atleast one major upset, uga especially with a good bowl.:td:

You do know uga will be ranked very high next year and we all know how "good" uga does when their ranked high. NOT. Last time they were ranked I believe 3rd to start the season they fell flat on their A$$.

I am thinking 6 wins max. I think up to 7 of our opponents will be in the top 25 and 3 or 4 in the top 10.

If Chip bolts for the nfl, Oregon is not a definite loss.

Austin Peay W *Georgia L *Vanderbilt W
Western KY W *S. Car L Kentucky W
Oregon L Alabama L
S. Alabama W *Missouri W *= could go either way
*Florida L *Auburn W

It wont be as bad as a lot of people think. My baseless prediction is 7-5. And im ok with that. What I really want to see is improvement from game to game and season to season. I never felt like that was happening with Dooley. Thats not being a sunshine pumper. Thats being realistic imo.

I hear we are going to put the cheerleaders in skimpy outfits and place them front and center against W KY. Word is their coach likes em young and sassy. Keep his attention from the field. That's one, 7 more to go, schemes?

7 wins min or we should question the hire. Why fire one coach n then say to next coach just win 6 games the fans will be good the first year. IMO u never say less than 8 wins a season but I say 7 n bowl win knowing cdd was a crap head....

For me next year isn't about W & L. It's about our defense looking like they didn't learn the system via xbox.

Im more interested in constant improvement that I am anything else. If people think any coach is going to come in and win 9 or 10 games next year then I really dont know what to say. I think 7-5 would be pretty good this year and id want to see a better record the next year and better the third year.

Yep, just like this year, started out top 6, ended up top 5. ey, nevermind, bad example.

Both bama and uga lose A LOT of talent after this year. Bama loses their mammoth oline and Ga loses most of their defense. Both will be beatable next year, IMO.

Lets not expect too much too soon. Remember he had a losing record the first year at UC. It took a year for the players to adjust to his style and it may take a years for our players to adjust.

You dreamers. Next season will be 4-8 most likely with 5-7 tops. If we lose enough players it could be 3-9 with quality wins over S Alabama, Austin Peay and West Ky.

I believe there will be marked improvement---if all goes according to plan we win a game or TWO that we aren't supposed to win. It all depends on the roster attrition and the players brought in on signing day. The way rosters look after the season ends will be completely different when the new season kicks off. What sucks about the 2013 schedule is the big boys (Florida, Bama, and Oregon) are all on the road. You always like your chances on the home field...but we'll see I think if CBJ is as great as a teacher as he has been portrayed in the media we'll see a major improvement in the overall quality of play and the team as a whole. I think we'll be prepared much better unlike the Dooley regime.
