all the so called "genius" coaches will be looking for head coaching jobs. no one wants to play second fiddle to Fulmer.

i have tried to come up with some choices but have none.

anybody got a list.

who has a good offensive mind? and must be able to motivate and mold these players into great players.

We don't need to make a knee-jerk decision right know. This is something that needs careful study and time. We need to find an a guy who is smart, has good PR skills and would give a right arm for the job. Draw up a contract with golden handcuffs and let the school have the power. Not the coach.

Gary Kubiak with the Denver Broncos

That would be a great choice. I agree. I know there's no chance of getting him but I was thinking the same thing.

I would like to have them hire someone that would bring back a swagger and attitude to the offense instead of little cute sceams and tricks. My favorite would be Alex Gibbs "offensive line coach for the falcons". He believes in running the ball down your throat and playing smash mouth. That is what we need, not another urban. I would also like to say that until these players are taught there college careers will be based on their results in college instead of the hype before they sign; no one will be able to right the ship. Randy may have not been able to right the ship but I think the main problem is the fact that these guys have been feed there press clippings from signing day. Don't believe me, what has DeMo done this far? Anyone who enjoys watching Randy resign last night does not need to bleed orange, they just need to start watching pro ball where heart is not

We really do not need a new OC. This team needs MGS Ermey to straighten it out. Bunch of whining lazy prima donas.

Hire Me:

Our choice MUST, I say MUST, come from the NFL. Follow the ND, USC trend. We need 1st a man with knowledge(NFL), and secondly some Assistants who can COACH or carry it out!

I agree but I don't think it's going to happen. We will end up getting coaches from smaller schools like we have been.
