If Von is back...

The athletic director for Florida said that he would re-evaluate the program after the year is done. I think that is just him trying to show some confidence in their program even if false confidence. That said, if we blow out Florida, they may just fire him after the game.

If Von plays and Worley is not hurt for a quarter, we win by 10 against UGA and Richt is on hot seat tonight.

I would think the way he humiliates his players in public would have already cost him his job. I don't mind a coach jacking up a player in the locker room in front of the team but his attitude in public with players and refs just shows he is not a good coach and that his message is going in one ear and out the other.

His recruiting has fallen off a bit I am surprised it hasn't fallen more. Maybe it has to instate schools.

He's just trying to prevent a massive recruiting purge. That would set the program back at least another year or two (I/we speak from experience).

Heard it was about 60%... whatever that means. Based on the 4-6 week rehab time for a high-ankle sprain I wouldn't think he'll be back. Sure hope I'm wrong.

I think he's closer than that. It's four weeks this Saturday. He may be back in a limited role.

It would be big if Smith was back though, IMO he's the third best receiver on our team. Definitely the best route runner.

Agree. Also we don't know the severity of the sprain. It could have been a mild ankle sprain. VP is a young man who is in great shape and has the benefit of receiving top notch medical care. I think he will be back in time for UF.

I'm sure VP will be ready to go, he hasn't seen the field in a while. And the coaching staff didn't show too much vs ark state and utah state, not a lot of film for uf coaches to plan for this beast.
