If You Could Attend Any ONE Sporting Event In History, What Would It Be?

Sunday in Augusta, 1986
Miracle on Ice, 1980
Game Six, 1995 WS
Game Five, 1956 WS (Larson's perfect game)

Wow, 1986, Augusta National is a great answer.
How would you have liked to have been in the crowd surrounding the 16th green on Sunday when Nicklaus almost holed the tee shot ?

Vols- Bama 2022

Mainly bc I asked my 14 year old son the week before the LSU game to pick which game he would rather go see between bama and lsu. He picked lsu bc like I said he’s 14 and has never saw Tn beat bama and guess he didn’t think it was possible. We had a blast in Baton Rouge but I’ve never been more angry and disappointed in my son when Tn won in walk off fashion. We were celebrating and as the fans rushed the field I started yelling at him saying “ look at what your dumb decision caused us to miss”!

1998 UT-Arkansas game. Oh wait, I WAS there! Greatest college football game I’ll ever see in person and I knew it would be back then.

For something outside of UT that I didn’t make it to, I’ll go with 1992 NLCS game 7. Braves beat the Pirates with an amazing 9th inning comeback thanks to the lightning speed of one Sid Bream.

Gives me chills seeing the video. Imagine being there.

FWIW, I was greenside on 10 when Bubba Watson won it. And by greenside, I mean the green, rope, me.
