I know but I am sure it is like riding a bike. He was a good defense SS. As good or better than Jeter if you ask me. I know A. Jones is the best defense CF or was but he looks beat up are you assuming his elbow and body is healed?

Molina and Andruw? Come on

Andruw's defense is worth at least 1 run a game.
He struggles at the plate, but I wouldn't want anyone else in my CF.

Yadier Molina is probably the smartest Catcher in the game.

Torri Hunter's D is just as good, and his offense is 100000000000x better this season.

Torri Hunter is always falling down, and he drops a ton of stuff that he can't get to....

Andruw is flawless and he never has to dive or roll around to get on sportscenter.
He catches the ball and throws it back in.

He drops things he can't get to?

Andruw has lost his first step anyway. You take him, and you'd regret it. I wouldn't start anyone who won't break .230 this year, good D or no.

People that say he's lost a step, have nothing to base it on.
He's still the same.

He sucks at the plate, no question.
Somehow, I feel he makes it up on D

I understand why you picked Teixeira for the future wbarron, but did you know that he and Pujols are the same age? Given that, you could make an argument to go with AP in the future as well, not just for a pennant run.

I know - good point. It was a dead tie, and I picked Pujols b/c of more pennant/playoff experience to this point and Tex for future b/c he seems more durable, a better defender, and is a switch hitter.

I love both of them. I also love Prince Fielder but don't know if he'll be as dependable; seems he's on the same weight path as his father. Just checked Cecil's stats, and he only played 5 seasons of 140+ games. Seems low for 1B.

Robinson Cano? What a waste of a roster spot.

He's in my "future" team, not the team for today. And other than moving players to new positions, name another more promising young 2B who's played any in the majors. He seems like a good choice to me.
