Why would the offense look different this season with Tebow running it...That doesn't make sense.

The offense will supposedly look different with Brantley running it. I doubt Brantley will get 24 carries a game so those plays have to go somewhere else.

In 2006 when Leak was running the show, Wynn did get the majority of the carries. But the plays are still going to be more passes and more "read" plays with Rainey/Demps/Debose....I just don't see a traditional RB getting a bulk of the carries for the next few years, or ever depending on Urban's recruiting of pure speed in those positions.

You should ask the guy that was telling recruits last year he was going to go to more of a pro style offense this year to help Tebow's draft stock.

No he didn't...He said they might try some under center snaps with Timmy and they have a couple times. More so with Brantley. Hes always said his offense fits the personnel he has. He would be an idiot to change the offense this year after he won the MNC with Timmy last year. You don't win two out of the last three MNC by being an idiot.

Tebow hasn't had one snap under center. Not one. Besides you can't teach a QB with no chance at being an NFL QB to try and be an NFL QB in college. They need to use him the way they are. They're much better off.

Like I said before and you said..Meyer isn't stupid. Why would he change the offense that won him the MNC. His job is to win not prepare kids for the NFL...That is just a bonus.

If we lose Brown it will sting because we would have to play him, but it will also make it much easier to pull 2011 stud Mike Bellamy. I would prefer getting Brown AND Bellamy which is very possible, but Bellamy would make me quickly forget about Brown if we lose him. I always thought Brown would end up at UGA so Im just happy hes a commit to us right now.

You're right. If I was Meyer, I would never, ever put Tebow under center. Yet he told Tebow he would. If he can lie to the greatest athlete the UF football team has ever had, why wouldn't he lie to a 4* recruit who has no experience in college?
