I'm just thinking in terms of Law of Diminishing Return here with the offensive line and it'd be nice to have a quality player on defense (Crouch is getting recruited as a linebacker right?)

I think these hypothetical question-polls serve no useful purpose. No need putting on a board which may piss a recruit off and lose him. UT doesn't have to chose only one and they have chosen both. I go with what our coaches choose.

A poll on an anonymous message board has no effect of a recruit choosing schools. Don’t give us more credit than we deserve.

Probably Wright. Crouch is a great player, but he's going to get a look at several different positions whereas you know what you're getting in Wright. Dominant tackles are harder to find than freak athletes.

To expand on your Crouch evaluation: "Jack of all trades and master of none" These guys are of great value, but I at this time, I would rather have a "master of one".

I disagree that it is ALL up front . I agree that up front on both sides of the line is the most important single need, but you must have quality football players at every position to win championships and championships are what I want us to again Win.

If you go back and read my post,I said it all (begins) up front.You and I want the same things!

No recruit is gonna eliminate a school because of a thread on fan forum. They’re looking at relationships with staff and teammates, opportunities to play, schematic fits, facilities, academics/fields of study, location/proximity to home, etc....

There are no recruits who are gonna make their college choice decisions based on a useless “debate” on an internet fan forum where 2/3 of the posters said they’d rather have the other 5 star player.
