I honestly don't know if Fulmer's time is done. He's been here a long time and we've been more successful during his tenure than most other UT coaches.
For those of you that want him gone here's my question:
Are you ready for the inevitable drop-off (at least for the short-term)? It is rare that a top-tier program replaces a long standing, successful coach and actually gets better.
How long will you give the new guy?

I agree it starts at the top, but he does have an overall high winning (profit) percentage. You can't kick that kind of a CEO out the door, at least I can't. He has proved that he is capable. Emotions shouldn't rule the company. I amm as disappointed as anyone but we can still win with Fulmer. I'm not sure about any of the other coaches. I mean, Chavis has done great job but Spurrier has always completed long third downs on him, I do think we should keep him. As far as Trooper goes, well, two different running backs losing the ball in route to scoring, is that Fulmers fault ,too? Shouldn't they be taught to lock up the ball with two arms especially around the goal line. Randy or someone is making horrible play calls.

The problem is that earning reports come out quarterly and are based on current trends. Based on the current trend, if the CEO does not downsize the offense, or change its course it will continue to bring quarterly earnings reports down.
Chavis on the other hand has been pretty productive. The jury is still out on TT, but it is evident that the offense is on a slide. I am not calling for CPFs head, but I am hoping he is willing to make necessary changes.

I'm glad to see that a little more thinking has gone on since last night. People say how things have gone down since '98... I hate to tell you but Fulmer was the Head Coach before that. I'll tell you who WASN'T the OC before that... CPF's loyalty to Sanders worries me, but I don't think he has any choice now. The guy (Sanders) has to go.

We are coming to a consensus, and that is good. Lets hope this forces CPFs hand.
