I personally do not sell anything. I am the agency owner of multiple locations throughout the state of TN and will be moving into AL and KY by year end. I have Sales Producers to do that. I am pretty much just a stop gap for my locations. Each of my agencies already have actual managers who report directly to me and get an over-ride based on the year end numbers they achieve for that location. I also have an internal auditor to make sure that all endorsements, paperwork, and new sales are written correctly. I would not be able to run my telemarketing business if I was hands on with my insurance agencies as I am spread out all over the state. My telemarketing business is set up pretty much the same also with a day shift manager, night shift manager and IT guy. Except my Tele business is located all in one location next to the suite of my main agency that I work out of.

I am all for taking out people who we feel we need to by any means available. Nuclear weapons included. I do not believe the Muslim extremist problem is mainly Muslim extremist. I believe it is more the Muslim countries actually. All you have to do is look at the majority of Muslim countries and realize there is a problem with the general situation in them. We don't want to say we are at war with Saudia Arabia (who is only are friend on the surface and is very anti-American under the table) Syria, Iran, Iraq, Afghan etc which would make it appear that we are targeting a Religion more than a country. So we play the whole "extremist" crap and don't name an enemy.

Also, I would not have taken Saddam out without also taking all of the leaders of Iran out. He kept Iran in check. When Bush went for Iraq and left Iran and Syria untouched he made a major mistake. You either go for all 3 or you go for none. Iran is the dirty little secret of Russia and Russia uses them to push things. N Korea is the same way but is China's tool to push situations. The only reason we have not bombed N Korea back to BC is because they are backed by China.

Fact, Volatile, I've built two very successful businesses from the ground and employ over 150 people, which means I've created more actual jobs than he has, and have always made gains. I've added 20 jobs to the telemarketing side since 2nd quarter 2010 and 6 jobs to the insurance side since 3rd quarter 2010. All without borrowing a single penny from a tax payor or any stupid government hand out.
