‘23 IL WR Carnell Tate (Ohio State commit)

How is it obvious? Who has credible information he’s leaning a particular way?
Well the sudden influx of crystal balls and the flip by Simmons. Not even counting what Hubbs said, I think it's fairly obvious. I'm not mad though, give me Benson and I'm happy.

We know he has already made his decision.

If it is true that he's still having "good dialog" with our coaches, one of two things: 1)He's a Vol
2)He wants us to go higher than Ohio St.

Why?? would he still be talking to our coaches, if it's outright OSU, like everyone is now saying??

To keep people thinking they’re in it, too keep everyone in the dark

So just a what if. If Tate did pick OSU, would that diminish our chances with the big OL he goes to school with? I really want that kid. I mean, I want Tate, too, but I REALLY want that 5* OL.

I don't know anything. He's shut it down to seemingly everyone, but there's a lot of people optimistic about Ohio State. He has stayed in contact with Tennessee but for whatever reason many seem to feel Ohio State has the juice with him right now.

I have not direct knowledge of anything as the kid isn't talking.

Latest from Hubbs

If we do, we do. If we don't, we don't. WR is a position that will work itself out. This staff can scheme guys open, and they don't need 5* receivers to do it. Sure, 5* WRs would be nice, but this staff has shown they can work with less at that position.

I agree with you. I am just not conceding Tate is gone.
